PA Act 13 - Oil & Gas Wells

Act 13 of 2012 was signed into law in February 2012 and went into effect on April 6.

This act amends PA Title 58 (Oil and Gas), which includes Chapter ll, - Pennsylvania’s Oil and Gas Act, also known as Act 223. This act also sets standards and restrictions on local ordinances related to oil and gas and also provides for an impact fee intended to be shared with local governments and the county.
